The 1950's were a time of change in American life. It was in this decade that we begin to see segregation, discrimination, nad persecution challenged and revolutionized. This project examines how mass movements can alter a society's viewpoint on traditional authority and social values. You and a partner will be constructing a Wikispace that explores one aspect of the Civil RIghts Movement. Wikispaces are web-based "houses" of information. It is important that your information be accurate and well presented.

The project

You and your partner will be constructing FIVE unique pages to showcase your knowledge of the topic. Library days will be provided on:
  • Monday, May 10
  • Tuseday, May 11
  • Wednesday, May 12
  • Thursday, May 13
  • Friday, May 14

Wikispaces MUST be completed by May 14. Your Civil Rights Movement learning experience begins on the 18th. We expect all projects to be completed on time. Late submissions must be approved and may result in one-letter grade reduction.
